Business Wallet or organisation wallet: what is the difference?
In everyday use, none. Both name a digital wallet held by an organisation rather than by a person, and people use them interchangeably. The difference worth knowing is a different one: neither term means the EU Digital Identity Wallet, which is the wallet for individuals.

Where the difference is real
Two of these labels do different jobs. "European Business Wallet" is a term COM(2025) 838 would define, and once a regulation is adopted a wallet would have to meet its requirements to answer to the name. "Organisation wallet" defines nothing. Anyone can apply it to any product today, without meeting a requirement of any kind. [1]
The line EU law draws is not between two nouns. It is between two kinds of holder. The EU Digital Identity Wallet is for natural persons. [8] The Wallet the proposal would create is for legal persons: companies, sole traders and public sector bodies. Whichever word is used for the second one, that is the distinction that would decide which rules apply. [1]
What this site calls it
This site says "Business Wallet", and "European Business Wallet" where the proposed legal instrument is meant. It uses "organisational wallet" only for the general category, as on the home page list of wallets, and never as a name for the instrument itself. That is a house style choice, not a legal distinction.
